Jamiet-ulmai-islam leaders killing people to save their property from flood

ARY and GEO news reported the incident that when flood water reached near sherkot, Dera Ismail Khan, Pakistan and the road was supposed to be cut to save the area from being flooded and reduce the affect of water.

When water reached sherkot city, they didn’t allow the road near their madarsa and lands causing more flood and affect to general population over there.

The Jamiet-ulmai-islam leaders, Maulana fazal ur rehman, Ata ur rehman, Lutf ur rehman who were present there were informed about this issue and were requested to let the road be cut, but they refused just to save their property in the area.

This is nothing new infact, all the politicians and powerful persons of all parties are trying to save their own lands and killing and affecting helpless people by using their influences (e.g maulana fazal ur rehman, zakarani, khurshid shah, etc)

Edit: Changed the name from Jamiat-e-Tuleba to Jamei-ulmai-Islam (edited by Rizwan)

Pakistan must rethink relations with Britain.

David cameron’s recent comments about Pakistan’s role in Afghanistan are disturbing as well as irresponsible. Underrating the efforts and sacrifices of Pakistan in global Anti-terror cause is certainly not an encouragement from a ‘friend’.

We have seen such comments from U.S officials lately but when they have abandoned such attempts, then Britain now plays the bad cop. When the occupying forces now seek the ways of withdrawal from Afghanistan with viable settlement, such diplomatic attacks will do no good to this effort. A settlement with taliban now seems out of question in present circumstances when Pakistan is being blamed shamelessly despite its sacrifices.

Bombing on Data Darbar with dirty plans.

The bombings on Data Darbar Lahore leave the marks which will never be washed away from the hearts and minds of the people. Lahore is the heart of Pakistan and Data Darbar is its heart beat. They (terrorists) are targeting very center of us. Why? just to hurt us? no they have more to gain from this.

We need to see this in perspective. In Iraq same situation occured when the shrine of Imam abu Hanifa r.a was attacked and afterwards the shrine of Imam Moosa Kazim r.a was bombed only to incite sectarian violence and eventually civil war. In Iraq it brought the planners some success as sectarian violence erupted from these bombings. But in Pakistan this attempt proved to be total failure. Being civilized and peacefull citizens, the people of Pakistan have shown restraint and patience against this heart clenching incident. Every such attack will only increase cohesion in the social fibers of our society.

Who will decide who is wrong and who is right?

You are on the road and suddenly you see two groups or two people fighting . . . forget about what you should do to stop them bla bla… the question i want to ask is, who will decide who is wrong and who is wrong? Both of them will 90% of time present the scenario and logics that their act is justified and the other person is wrong.

What urged me to write this post? alot of stuff . . . alot of stuff going all around in my mind all the time . . . but specially this issue of Jamiat and anti Jamiat which i posted on this blog some time ago too.How do i link it to this scenario that i presented above? Let me explain.

Around 2 decades ago, Karachi was a hell . . . you know because of whom? Ya you are right, the MQM. But do you see comments and views of all those kids who are young teenagers currently? means they didn’t see that open brutality of the party and group and all their massacres  . . . so in their view, this is the best party or group not only in Karachi, but all over Pakistan. . . but me and all those who not only saw this in new on TV, but heard every other day, that don’t go out, mqm people are roaming with weapons, or that don’t go out, mqm people are burning tires and cars, so you can’t goto school today .  . . those people (i am trying to control my words alot) are now heroes of millions? oh comeon people!

Similarly Jamiat . . .I am not comparing them with mqm as they were pure thugs and murderers, but they have a long past . . . far more than decades and some people who grew up recently now favor them due to some unknown or uncomprehendable reasons . . .

yeah i know many of you will say that i am wrong, but did you notice? that’s what’s the topic of this post too . . . who will decide who is wrong and who is right?

Many people say Pakistan shouldn’t exist or shouldn’t have been made, others (including me) can die for the country literally, but some one who listens to both sides, how will he decide who is wrong and who is right? and more important question is not HOW or on which points he will, but WHO ?

In my view, only way to decide who is right and wrong as far as Islam and Islamic activities / organizations like Islami Jamiat Talba is concerned, is Islam itself. How can you spread religion of Muhammad in some other way than that of Muhammad (saw) himself? come on ! Follow Islam, not jamiat! or make jamiat to follow Islam! I think it’s easier to make people of Jamiat adopt Islam than to make others to adopt Islam.

I don’t have any static flow for this article, i am not sure how many will you even take it seriously, but I’m really upset, not with others, but maybe with myself . . . why don’t we first of all follow Islam ourself, and then try to spread the deen of Muhammad (saw) the way he did?

May Allah show me the right path, ameen.

Dr. Aafia Case Sentencing date changed to August 2010

Dr. Aafia Siddiqui’s trial case sentencing has been postponed to be held later this year. It was first announced to be heard and sentenced on 6th May 2010 but later on the court changed the date for hearing.

There has been several alterations to the date of sentencing. Recently it was changed to July 21st 2010. But now Judge Berman has reset the time for the Doctor Aafia Siddiqui’s trial case sentencing to 6th August 2010.

The hearing will be held in Judge Berman’s court at 500 Peart Street in Manhattan, New York, USA.

The new date of hearing of the Dr Afia’s case can still be unstable and might change as it has been happening for last many times.

What could be the reason for the alteration of the hearing dates?

  • Could it be due to the pressure from the supporters of Dr. Aafia? possibly, but maybe not too.
  • Could it be due to legal processes, gathering more evidences etc? possible again, but if they were to keep it so legal and many other cases legal too, then it would be obvious from the initial times.
  • Could it be that they want to keep the public engaged in this affair until they have another one ready to distract the attention of the public in future from core issues? not only in country level in Pakistan but also internationally?
  • or maybe they are just waiting to see any proper clash and climax of the story before they give the decision. So that a complete setup of many years is not wasted so easily?

It could be in good faith, but as per what history tells us, it possibly could be another game from the so called owners of the world and the corrupt politicians, using people (innocent or guilty, both) for their own benefits, always.

Attacks accross Iraq – 75+ killed today on 10th May 2010

Today almost 75+ people died in two car explosions and a suicide bomber activity. 40 people out side the taxtile factory where the blast took place died alone due to the suicide bomb. It was the bloodiest day of the year so far for So Called Free and liberated Iraq (from?)

The man detonating himself outside the factory in Hillah in the crowd who was trying to help victims of the two earlier car blasts was wearing explosives strapped to his belt. Hillah is the provincial capital of Babil. It’s situated 60 miles / 95 kilometers to the south of Baghdad.

According to Maj Muthana Khalid, Babil provincial police, said that at least 135 people were wounded in the three blasts. Dr. Zuhair al Khafaji, director of al-Hillah general hospital, confirmed the casualties.

This is not the only event occurring in the city and in the country . . . There has been a series of deadly blast and drive by shootings in Baghdad and all across the country. God knows what did America freed Iraq from? (freed from peace? )

Dr Afia Siddiqui case hearing on 6th May 2010

Dr. Afia case will be in court once again on 6th of May 2010 in United States of America. This is probably the last hearing of the case in which she will either get a minimum or maximum imprisonment. The minimum punishment is 30 year of prison and maximum is 135 year.

Some of us are already aware of this fact, however many others are ill informed by the media maybe that Sania Mirza and Shoaid Malik story is more important than doctor Aafia Siddiqui case.

Once the court will pass the decision, i am sure the media and all our people will be jumping around about the decision and complaining that they did wrong bla bla . . . Who the hell are they to complain about it when they were least concerned before the hearing starts?

Our press and media is unfortunately being controlled by the same people who control the world’s media. No channel broadcasts any news that has been approved to them and sent to them by some agencies via so called crime reporters of Pakistan and other countries. I wish we can understand what’s going on around us.

Accidents recorded on CCTV in Karachi – Pakistan

Karachi district government installed cctv camera’s on the roads of karachi to monitor the traffic and to record any events of criminal activity and accidents. The cctv system and team did really good job and many of the fetal incidents were recorded on the cameras. You can see one of the videos below having some clips of brutal accident’s compiled (the video is really disturbing – accidents video clip is not suitable for minors and weak heart people)

The video includes clips of various buses and cars (rickshaw and bikes too) being crashed into one another and many people being killed. The irresponsible attitude of the drivers cause lots of road traffic accidents and deaths not only in Pakistan but all over the world. Not just to elderly people but also to kids and school going children (their school vans).

The city government of Karachi, Pakistan (specially Mustafa Kamal) is really doing a good job in improving the conditions of the city (well at least apparently). Over speeding is really an issue which not only needs supervision but also training to the drivers to control the vehicle in high speed and to decide when to speed and when not to.

Saw Zardari in dream last night – torturing people

The respected president of Pakistan, Mr Asif Zardari gave me the honor to see him doing his activities in my dream. The dream was bit long and weird (as it should be!) and throughout it i was just waiting for my turn to be respected to be tortured by him.

The criminal man didn’t leave his body guard even over a very small mistake! and stabbed him in his back . . .

I know this dream might not be a true dream as in the predictor of some thing. It probably was just the visible form of my thoughts about the fabulous president of our country, Pakistan, but what ever it was, it was there! all scary and crappy.

I wonder how easily these handful of guys are playing with millions and millions of people. They control our life and our every day tasks as a herd of sheep is controlled. Are we independent? hell yeah! we are! we are independent as the flock of birds is . . . in the cage though but maybe that doesn’t matter much for us . . . or does it?

Are we coward? scared of losing some thing if we stand out , not for some one else, but ourself? or we simply don’t know what to stand up for? and how to? Or had we accepted that we are meant to be dealt like this and live like this?

Today when we . . . . .  anyway . . don’t know what else to say. We all know what we need to know. Why are we waiting for some one to come and move us? Damn it! get up!

Torturing Female Students – Strike against Jamiat in International Islamic University Islamabad – Pakistan

[NOTE: This post was written as per one sided story about the event, i sincerely apologize for this, will update the article with added information about what exactly happened - it's bit different]

The students of International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) Pakistan were on strike on Tuesday 20th April 2010 appealing to expel the Jamiat member Abdullah from the university for harassing and beating the female students in the H-10 campus of one of the most reputable Islamabad University.

Jamiat (Islami Jamiat-e-talba) is already having tough time in various universities of Pakistan. Click here to read about jamiat current situation in iiui.

Last saturday on 17th April 2010, evening a group of female students of the faculty of management sciences (fms), iiui were around the Engineering Department block taking snaps where Abdullah (member of Islami Jamiat-e-talba – International Islamic University Islamabad, Pakistan) accompanied by his fellows approached them and started preaching against photography and it being haram. During the wonderful preaching session the brilliant preacher Abdullah slapped and kicked a girl from the group and humiliated them.

This is not the first time Abdullah has beaten a woman and humiliated them. He has been reported doing the same torture and beating and insulting female students of the university atleast twice in the past. He has beaten two female students in the university library and one female teacher while returning from a seminar in past too.

The cruel acts of Abdullah and many other so called preachers were reported to iiui staff in past too but no action was taken against them.

The Students remained on strike in front of the university bus stop from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm while staging a sit-in demanding the university staff to expel the gangster Abdullah. the member of Islami Jamiat Tuleba (IJT) which is the student wing of jamat-e-islami.

The administration finally expelled Abdullah, the student of Engineering Department but also said that they will take action against the protestors who raised the voice against the harassment.

Islami Jamiat-e-tuleba will back Abdullah in court with the fact that the girl who was tortured didn’t file the report against him . . . ! ! !

The penetration of corrupt and gangster politics into the universities by Jamat-e-Islami has already lead to various issues in not only International Islamic University Islamabad, but also in other universities across the country.
